Blinds are practical when you need compact light control, easy operation or a cleaner treatment within the window area. The right blind depends on the opening size, sun direction, privacy level, moisture, maintenance and the amount of side gap you can accept.
We help compare blind systems according to function, rather than recommending one model for every room.

Blackout blinds and side gaps
A blackout roller-blind fabric can block light through the material, but every roller system has practical edge gaps. Where near-total darkness is required, the recess, cassette, side channels or an additional curtain layer may need to be considered.
Choosing blinds for each room
Kitchens and study rooms often benefit from compact, easy-to-clean blinds. Bedrooms may require stronger darkness. Living rooms may prioritise appearance and filtered light. We match the blind type to the actual use and explain the trade-offs before quotation.
